We will do our best to respond to your request as soon as we can. During business days, you can anticipate hearing back from us within a day.

    If for any reason you need to change or cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If the item has not shipped yet, we will do all in our power to comply. In case the order has been dispatched, you need to adhere to the standard return process mentioned previously.

    If an order is canceled after it has been dispatched, unopened products may be returned for a complete refund.

    • It has to be your first time placing an order for anything from our store.
    • Product returns must be at least halfway filled.
    • Order must be placed no later than 30 days before delivery.
    • Subscriptions, bundles, and sale goods might not be applicable.
    • Only unopened prerolls are required.
